Let me break this down a little for you –Over the last 16 years, MK Financial Planning Ltd managed to receive reviews from clients, but they were adhoc and sometimes, even though a client was perfectly happy, they may have given a 3* review.
Thing is, most companies, including us, felt that it was pretty uncontrollable. Until, we found the answer.

That was a watered-down version of what we did at MK Financial Planning Ltd before we knew better. It may in fact be the system you employ.
This is what we do now.
We ask a client how their interaction has been ask a few questions -






What does this do?
Well, it gives the client a chance, before a review is discussed, to let you know whether they are content or not.
This is crucial on so many levels –
Is the client satisfied?
If they are, then let’s get a review.
Is the client unhappy?
If they are, let’s reach out and find out
what we missed.
Does the client have a question?
If they do, let’s get it answered.
Once you complete this process with ALL clients, ALL clients are –
SATISFIED
Now is the time to ask for reviews. There are a couple of ways to make this happen.
