How Did We Get Over 500 - 5* Reviews?

Here Is The Secret -

Wouldn’t it be great if your company could gather together hundred’s of verified client reviews and keep adding to them on an ongoing basis. 

 MK Financial Planning Ltd learnt an important trick to get reviews –

 ASK!

Let me break this down a little for you –Over the last 16 years, MK Financial Planning Ltd managed to receive reviews from clients, but they were adhoc and sometimes, even though a client was perfectly happy, they may have given a 3* review.  

Thing is, most companies, including us, felt that it was pretty uncontrollable.  Until, we found the answer.  

Our Usual Process

Ask

First, you ask for a review!

Receive

Client gives you a review!

respond

You respond to a review!

At MK Financial Planning Ltd - We found a better way!

New Improved Version?

That was a watered-down version of what we did at MK Financial Planning Ltd before we knew better.  It may in fact be the system you employ.

This is what we do now.

We ask a client how their interaction has been ask a few questions -

 

What does this do?

Well, it gives the client a chance, before a review is discussed, to let you know whether they are content or not.

This is crucial on so many levels –

Is the client satisfied?
If they are, then let’s get a review.

Is the client unhappy?
If they are, let’s reach out and find out 
what we missed.

Does the client have a question?
If they do, let’s get it answered.


Once you complete this process with ALL clients, ALL clients are –

SATISFIED

Now is the time to ask for reviews. There are a couple of ways to make this happen.

How my coach helped me with my goals

Over the years of helping Financial Advisers learn how to run their businesses more effectively, I can tell you, most prefer to do things manually and the way things have always been done.  

This is mainly because there are no books to help you run a company effectively.  What I found is that when MK Financial Planning Ltd was already successful, to the point where I did not work Fridays, my business coach helped my firm grow by a third and allowed me to work 2 days per week and then only from 10am to 2pm.
